The name California comes from a 16th-century Spanish novel that describes a mythical paradise called California. The gold rush probably helped earn California the nickname the Golden State, as did its golden poppies, the state flower.

Someone said “If you’re not living in California, you’re not living” and “California dreaming on a beach with you”, which are I would say, the truth. Life in California is great and its beautiful Pacific coastlines make you enjoy the stunning views from the Californian beaches while catch a tan. Cali are greeted with bright sunshine pretty much all year arround.
